Chocolota sells chocolate.  From time to time we may also sell services associated with chocolate.

 

Security Policy
Chocolota submits transactions for authorization and settlement through a secure online gateway. The security protocols used to protect a customer’s information conform to industry standards and all applicable Federal and State laws.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with our service or product at the time of delivery, Chocolota will be happy to refund 100% of your purchase with return of unused chocolate.

 

We also make every effort to protect your individual identity.  This includes but is not limited to secure website management in accordance with our partners Nitrosell.  We do not sell or distribute your information, in any way or to anybody, any computer, any corporation, or any known entity.

 

We will make every effort to deliver your chocolate order on the day you specify.  We will call you to confirm the delivery and that someone over the age of 18 will be present to sign for the delivery.  You can always phone us @ 310-793-7793 to change your delivery instructions.  You will not be charged until delivery is made and signed for.
